About Chad

Chad Whittle holds a Ph.D. in Mass Communication from the University of Southern Mississippi (2018). He earned his Masters in Communication and a Bachelors of Mass Media from Valdosta State University. 

Dr. Whittle is an Assistant Professor of Communication in the Department of Communication at Georgia College, Milledgeville, Georgia. 

His academic research includes studies on using podcasts in the classroom, audio journalism and examining digital audio platforms in education. 

He is the host of The Chad Whittle Podcast and writes a Substack on media related issues.

Whittle has over 15 years of media experience in radio, podcasting, writing, and television.
